Highlights from the "Diversity in the Workplace" breakout session:

1.Educate management
2.Make diversity part of the business plan
3.Money for education
4.Diversity training in the workplace. There was discussion of the merits of each group being represented by a member of the group (and executives having the same affinity as their workers) or the opposite: mixing it up for the sake of visibility
5.Grants and sponsorships
